I have just started my 9 month old Staffie on a Barf diet but I am not sure if I have balanced it out right. I give him:
Muscle meat 5 X a week
Bones 5 X a week
Fish 1 X a week
Offal 1 X a week
Rice 1 X a week
Plus he gets Fruit & Veg (blended) and once a week I add a egg to the veg .
Have I missed anything?

It looks okay to me, with exception to the rice. Why do you feed rice?, dogs do not need grain.

Also, are the bones raw, meaty bones that can be completely eaten, if so this is good.

How often do you give fruit and veg? It is also debatable whether this is strictly necessary. If it is only once or twice a week, it is okay. If it is more often, I would reduce the occasions.

Remember the amount should be roughly 2 - 3% of his bodyweight per day.  RMBs should not consist of more than 60% of the overall diet.

Nothing wrong with fruit and veg (bar grapes and onions) but I would not feed rice myself; dogs have no need for grains.

I would also add Fish Body Oil and Vitamin E to the diet on a personal note.
