No idea but you could try going through the abatoirs listed in the yellow pages and giving them a ring

Hi guest,

perhaps you could join and give us all an insight into why you think frozen has had the goodness taken out?  To my knowledge it's fast-frozen and provided allowed to defrost slowly and naturally nothing in it's natural make-up is changed.

Most BARF feeders feed their dogs from chicken carcasses, lamb necks etc that were stored in a freezer - don't see that they'd continue with that as it would be similarly affected ;)

Hopefully someone will be along soon with an appropriate fresh supplier for you - but do you intend to shop daily and, if not, have you worked out how and where you are going to store adequate supplies?

Good luck anyway,

Regards,  Teri ;)

Good point teri...I nkow I couldn't shop everyday.
My raw supplier buys direct from the abbatior and the meat is slaughter to frozen in less than 24 hours. Also its made to order so its always fresh

Hi Guest

You will need to find an abbatoir that is willing to sell direct to you then jump though hoops to get permission from Defra to transport, cut up, store and feed it (and keep records of what, when and who it was fed to).
