I am looking for a newfoundland pup for my brother who lives in Co. Tyrone Northern Ireland.  Do you know of any breeders in the North or South of Ireland.

If we were to buy a pup in England, how long would it take to reach Northern Ireland and do you know the rules regarding bringing the pup into another country.  Thank you for your help in this matter.
