I seem to have lost the 'prescriptive' text on my mobile.  I think that's the right word but it's texting where the phone guesses what word you want so you only press each button once whatever letter you need.  I can't find the instructions and can't seem to find how to change this back.  Has anyone got any ideas.  It is a very basic pay as you go phone, nothing fancy.  Thanks.

Hi Alex, If it's a nokia try pressing the # key twice when you're in 'write message' mode. This should change the Abc at the top to an Abc with a pencil next to it (predictive text).  Good luck, hope it works!

Thank you so much, it is a nokia and it's worked - hooray and smiley face.  'Predictive' of course - makes much more sense than 'prescriptive'!!
