my sukie is a year old and is due to come in season again. she would love to find another shih tzu male who has a good pedigree so they can have beautiful puppies.
I am in the midlands and would prefer to find a dog which is not too far away.

IMO a year old is too young to breed. Have you had all the relevant health tests done? Why do you want to breed from her? To be honest, I doubt any owner of a worthy stud dog would look twice. Please check back through past threads on this matter before going ahead. I'm sure you love her very much and she is lovely, but that is not a good enough reason to mate her.
