Topic Dog Boards / General / help please on dogue de bordeauxs

hi  my cousin has asked me a question im not entirly sure of the answer too, she owns 3 staffs a dog and two bitches all between the ages of 9mths and 4, and her new partners family have always owned dogue de bordeauxs and is getting a bitch pup in the new yr, her worry was even though all her staffs are very good with other dogs, that introducing a third bitch may be a problem as her staffs as all staffs do play rough. i wasnt sure i was experienced enough in the bordeauxs to be of enough help, but have owned staffs for years. so if anyone can offer some advice as what sensible precautions she can take id be grateful. thanks

forgot too add very important info that concerned me , her stafford bitch is due in season at the same time puppy will be arriving and she is planning to have a litter from her , she has plent of experience with dogs and training etc and lives in a large farmhouse , all her dogs are very loved, but i said i think getting the pup could cause a pregnant bitch too much stress, do you think im over reacting?
