8ozs Liver
4ozs S/R Flour
2 Eggs
2 Cloves Garlic

Put all the ingredients into a blender until the mixture is smooth, pink and runny;  Pour into greased swiss roll type baking tin and place in the oven [Gas Mark 4] for around 30-40 minutes.
Leave to cool and cut into bite size pieces.

I never use measurements! :D

Blend liver with some eggs and garlic

Stir in flour untill both arms ache and its really thick mixture!

then put in microwave on full power untill its cooked!  after about 30-40 mins it needs turning over!  :D

Also insted of flour add in breadcrumbs or oats if you have anything that needs using up!

Store liver cake in the fridge..it will keep for a few days. You can also freeze it if you make large quantities of it.

I more or less do the same as ice queen.I start by putting a couple of carrots into a food processor until they are very finely chopped.I then add the liver....usually buy about a pound and blitz together with about 4 eggs.I then add wholemeal flour till its thick (dropping consistancy if you want to be correct).
Must admit I prefer to oven cook but have used a microwave
