I have a doberman bitch who is nearly 4 years old, she has always had the odd moan, she is now getting so bad that it is now coming between me and the hubby, cant sleep for her moaning, she is at it 24/7. it is really draining. tried ignoring her, putting her out, but nothing seems to stop her, please help

I would take her to the vets to get her checked out if she is continuously moaning, it will give you peace of mind and there may be a reason for it.  Does she do it more than usual at certain times? change in circumstance?.  I am sure someone else will be along soon with other advice.  Hope you get things sorted out.

Agree, get her checked out by your vet.  My oldest Dobe who has always been very vocal got even more so as her arthritis got bad.  She was hardly ever quiet but now that we have her pain medication sorted she is back to just her usual quota moans and groans.

The more you talk to them the more they chat back but sometimes the only outward sign they are in pain is the vocalising.

was given injections as bloods have shown cysts on her overies, she was very swollen and he said her body was constantly in season mode, she is not as swollen at her back end as much, but is moaning day and night, when im not home she is not as bad, her body odor is awful, i have cut her food, and the tit bits but im sure she is getting fatter, the vet said to leave her a couple of months but if there is no change to get her dressed.
i just think this is a bit drastic shes not even 4 until january, but if it makes her better i will. i was hoping he would rule a few more things out first before making such a big decision. am begining to wonder if there has been a problem right from the start as she has always been a right twine,  apart from that she will always be my moaning baby, a bit of peace would be nice mind,
