we bought our dog rosie the westie back in '98 '99 from a breeder from a very small village in lincs can't remember the  name of the breeder or village but have never recieved her pedigree papers we think her kennel name was something  like silver cloud and we now live in NZ and want to get her papers so we can show her as a hobby can any body help us with some information my e mail is stevehardy@clear.net.nz thanx.

There are some WHW breeders listed here :WHW but to be honest, I doubt that you will have much luck, you are talking 6 years ago now

Hi guest, It is my guess that papers never existed, otherwise you would have got them at the time. Alot of time has elapsed since you got Rosie and clearly you have forgotten some important details. Without the name of the breeder and the date of birth of your bitch as an absolute minimum, you will never trace papers. :(

Rosie must be six or seven years old by now, which, although it's never too late to start, is quite old to be embarking upon a show career. If I were you I would buy myself a second puppy, ensuring I got pedigree and registration papers, and checking carefully the official health status of both its parents, plus telling the breeder that I intended to show. :)
