Have a look HERE for a list of breeders but also, more importantly, breed clubs. I would suggest that you get in touch with a club and ask that they recommend a breeder for you :)

and don't forget to do your homework and check that the parents of any pups you consider have had all the necessary health checks

Don't the breed clubs do that? That's surprising

It's not that simple unfortunately! Impossible to keep track of every current eye certificate in a breed as numerous as GRs I would imagine.

Hi,

Make sure BOTH parents have been hipscored and you are shown the Dams original certificate and photocopy of the original sires hip certificate.As well as the same for eyes.
While many good breeders are members of breed clubs and follow their excellent codes of practice ALWAYS ask to see Dam and sire certs.
Don't just look at one  breeder look at several and compare .
