Can anyone recommend a good anti-bacterial shampoo for around the face/mouth.  I have a dog with a beard.  His beard gets a good wash once a week with miracle coat and inbetween I just use hot water and a flannel.

We use Carex antibacterial handwash for our bearded breed.  I just squirt some into warm water, use the solution to wash the beard and then rinse it. It's a good and economical way to do it and it smells nice :)
