Hi everyone, i am having a slight problem regarding posts going into my e.mail box...i have ticked the box on options to 'no' but still keep getting posts from here sent to my e.mail box and its over flowing, having to delete them twice a day at least,. Is there anything else i need to do? should i e.mail admin?...any info would be great thanks :-)

Have you clicked ..'change ' at the very bottom of the options page ?? ;)

yes i have clicked 'change'....i have never had this problem before, just recently....i will e.mail admin thanks anyway :-)
