
Weight Watchers :D
Have been getting very creative with cooking and eating much more varied diet, with a big increase in Fruit and Vegetables, and replacing many things withlow cal low fat alternatives.
This is the longest I have stuck to a diet, and it is one you can stick to for good, just adjusting intake to maintain. I have managed by and large to stick to it for 8 months now. Have lost steadily until the last stone when I have had the odd indulgent week putting on a bit, but knowing I could reverse this the next week.
