can anyone tell me the approx collar size for a female bearded collie. i want to buy a handmade collar for a xmas gift 4 a friends bearded collie and don't want her to know.

I usually buy an 18 inch collar for my Beardie girls, but sizes will vary from dog to dog, bitch to bitch.

Hi

I just measured my beardie's  collar and it's 17" to the hole the pin fastens in.
