Are there any owners of Sled dogs out there that can help me - I'm thinking of running our bitch this season with a friends dog (both Mals) for the first time. Now our friends dog isn't too great with other males (though he's perfectly fine with bitches) and I was wondering how you allow other teams to pass on the trail. When you move over to the side should I get off the rig and take hold of the dogs until the other team have passed? Is this commonly done?
