Im having a few problems, re housetraining my 4 month pup, she lives half the time with me at my house, the other at a friends kennels, at the kennels she is allowed to mess whenever she wants, but when she is at my house i expect her to go outside, i leave the door open, sometimes she will go outside and toliet, i praise her, other she will just go inside, i shout no, and take her outside shutting the door for 5 mins leaving her.

Someone please help me, i want to train her to go outside all the time, where am i going wrong!?
