Help! I've just done my first ever entry form and it had thrown up two questions -
The bitch is actually registered in my husbands name - can I handle her in the ring or do we have to add me to the registration? (it says that all dogs have to be registered in the name of the exhibitor?) Does that just mean that only the registered owner can do the entry form but dog can be handled by another person?

She's two and a half - can I go in both post grad and open (I think I can but just want to check).

Please answer quickly, I need to post this form!

you can handle but your husband will have to sign the form.  also yes she can go into both classes!  the exibitor is the owner....not the handler!b

Ok the exhibitor is the registered owner and they have to sign the form, ANYONE can handle the dog for you at the show, the exhibitor/owner does not even have to attend the show, so yes you can handle the dog without being the owner or on the form.

Second, I assume your dog has not won more then 5 classes at champ show level in post grad, limit or open, or a cc?, as this means she cant go in post grad.
So you can enter either class you have mentioned though you will find all of the champions in the open class so competition may be tough.
