300lb of chicken carcases would equate to around 10 boxes, you would need a large freezer for that quantity though; I manage with two minute ones for 100lb

You need to comb the yellow pages for poultry processors, be prepared to be sent from pillar to post though :D
Tony Boughton at Dorwest Herbs is quite knowledgeable on sources. Have you put your request on BritBarf yahoo group?
They should be able to help.

Hi Sam,
You could also try Berriewoods...they are based in Essex... they do deviler to quiet a wide area.i use them all the time they are very good.
Give us a ring later at home (01428 658978)and i will give you their number.
Regards Karen.
I get mine from my butcher, he orders them in especially for me. I get two, three or four boxes a week depending on what else I am feeding so probably use a similar amount to your requirements. I get them weekly because of freezer space but he is also fairly local so this is not a problem.
hi,
Thanks everyone for the help.
I have managed to phone quite a few poultry processors and richard has found the number for berriewoods so thanks karen.
I will let him sort out whos the best price and most reliable!!!!(its just a nightmare when you are unable to get any as i have to go to asda,it costs me a fortune!!!)
By the way jacky i have ONLY 3 bullmastiffs(im afraid)not quite a zoo yet, maybe in a few more years!!!!!!!
Thanks again everyone will let you know who comes out tops!!!!
