I would suggest you get in touch with the Polish Lowland Sheepdog Club - there is information on the breed on the site itself, but it would be beneficial to speak to someone connected with the breed to get proper advice.  They will also be able to help put you in touch with a recommended breeder, and  in addition, there are several breeders listed here.
