I would appreciate if I could pick your brains as I have an interview for one of the biggest Care Home Providers in he country (all types, elderly,children with handicaps etc ) and would like to get some background as need to understand a bit of the pressures you have trying to run the homes and how changes would help you run a smoother ship and give the people you are caring for a better service and life :)

I will be involved helping scoping and implementing systems to help facilite this eg patient booking in and record systems and Procurement systems for all the comsumable purchases etc to name but a few.
