Is it ok to mix minced beef, with dog food , rosie wolfs her food when i do she loves it ....???? she is also partial to sausages

Fine, although it somewhat negates the reason for feeding complete.

Sausages are full of other stuff that I would not feed to a dog let alone myself!

Oh surely there is nothing wrong with a bit of sausage.  People have been feeding them to dogs for years.

and people have been eating them for years!  A little of what you fancy does you good!

I don't feed sausages to my dogs but I don't feed any form of pork either. I had always understood that sausage meat is meat taken from the head of the pig and rusks which is then put into (usually) artificial sausage skins.

Depends on what the butcher puts in them, I know the organic farmer I get my dog meat from does not put any rubbish in her sausages Her Beef sausages are made from beef with no pork in them, she does loads of different ones

I don't eat meat myself but I've been told they are the best around-I'm waiting for her to make me some veggies ones ;)

Nothing wrong with pork cheek - it was a very popular Edwardian dish ...

These days sausages come in as many and varied forms as us humans do! They can be made of everything from artificial and not good for you, to good quality organic meat and seasoning.  Nobody would suggest eating sausages daily, (as with any other food like that) but they are lovely on occasions and its very restrictive to think that EVERY sausage is made from rubbish.

My favourites are venison and redcurrant as well as pork and apricot.  My children love the 59p/1lb Economy ones from Sainburys.

I completely agree with you!  Home made sausages where you know what goes into them are superb; if a little pricey to feed the dogs! :D

Unfortunately the same cannot be said for mass produced cheap supermarket brands in general!

(Makes not to make a far more detailed reply to such posts in future; slaps hands and stands in corner) :)
