can anyone tell me which is best heat lamp or hot water bottles
for when puppies are born.

can anyone also tell me what should the temparture be inside the whelping box.

and my last question is where do i get a heat lamp from and a good whelping box.

Hi, we have a litter of pups at the moment and are just using a heat lamp.  We had a litter in oct last yr and used both because it was so much colder. Use your ouw discretion it needs to be warm but not too warm for the bitch.  If you get any of the dog newspapers you will find adverts for whelping boxes and you can choose the one to suit your bitch.
