I have a dobe bitch nearly 4 years old, she has cysts on her ovaries, she has just finished a course of injections and according to my vet if the injections dont work she will need an opp to take everything away, surely there is something else i can try,

That is often what happens to women with the same condition, so I doubt if there's anything else available for dogs. Sorry - I think you'll have to trust your vet.

JG is right There is nothing sometimes that can be done for women & believe me having ovarian cysts ican be very painful & depending on the size etc Don't forget by the time the cysts are discovered in animals surgery is some times the only option
