i wondered if anyone had any advice or tips on shows/showing
for a newcomer!my beagle pup is now 4 months and training well
i've read almost everything i can get my hands on,and am going to take him to watch a few companion shows with me to get him used to the atmosphere,
i'm sure he will enjoy it all,but wondered if theres any invaluable
advice only doing a show can give you that you can help me with.many thanks

Hi guest
what kind of shows are you intending on entering? Companion shows are great fun but bear very little resemblance to open or champ shows.
Going along to watch is excellent and you sound as if you are attending ring craft so your doing all you can really.
Next step is to get some schedules and enter some shows then just go along and have fun. The best advice I can give is to go for the day out and enjoy the whole experience and then anything you win is a bonus.
Why don't you join the forun and then you can ask any other questions....its free
