My grandson has been taken away from his mother by the police and social services and given to my son to care for!!:D

We have been seriously worried about Sean (grandson aged 4) for the past 2 years. SHE has said that he has health problems. These have never been seen by anyone but her. Even the doctors are unsure. She was reported by several neighbours to the social services as they had seen her hitting him. The police finally found out where my son lived and visited him. Great result!

The needs of child are paramount and it certainly sounds as if your grandson was not getting the best of care with his mother.  I hope everything works out for your son and that he can manage to make this a permanent arrangement.

Keep a close eye on his over the coming years, there could be psychological repercussions from all of this and he might need a bit of help from external sources but the most encouraging thing is that he is now with those who love and care for him.

My very best wishes to him for his future.
