has anyone had any experience of a dog fainting on waking after a long sleep only.that has gone on to be diagnosed with any for of cancer

one of mine fainted but that was down to a heart problem nothing to do with cancer.
any thing that made her move to fast or stairs she could pass out what has the vets said?

marie, his regular vet is on maternity leave the locum is mystified, shes refered us to a clinic of internal medicine.but at the moment it could be anything,whatever is ailing him does not seem to fit any regular diagnosis. i am worried sick , it could be his diabetes but it has always been well controled so far, it could be heart but a manual exam unearthed nothing.now with a small swollen gland in his neck iam terrified it might be cancer. wish us luck his appointment is on tuesday.
