i have a GSD that i resced back in january and have a few problems when taking him for a walk.he does not like strangers and barks and jumps up and down when he see's someone.At home he is ok with people entering the house and is ok with other dogs in the house(other peoples as i only hve him) however i have found it difficult to walk him and neighbours take a wide bearth when they see him.I considered getting another dog to see if it woud calm him down when outside.Would this be a good idea or if not does anyone have any ideas on what i can do?

BAD!!!!!!!!!!!It will not cure him...it will teach the other dogs to misbehave in the same manner.
