Does anyone know anything about blocked pores in dogs. My bitch had a large spot on her "private parts"(!), the vet told me it was a blocked oil gland and not to worry about it. However, it seems to be getting worse, and slightly infected. I am only worried as she is pregant. Any help, or advice would be greatly appreciated.
