I know that schnauzers are prone to spots.  My boy has a 3/4 in a line on his inner thigh.  It started with one which sort of had a crusty white top and now 2/3 smaller ones have joined it.  I have taken the top off a couple of times and then put some vet antiseptic stuff on it.  Today, I bathed it in salt water.  I've had a slight squeeze to see if there is any pus but nothing was there.  It's not hurting him at all but is there a better treatment I should be using.
