Its a F. F. F. F.
Its a mouse!!!!!!!
Have a chewed carpet. Gave it the benefit of the doubt thinking the dogs might have done it.
Went to get some sugar out of 'store cupboard' this morning and flipping mice droppings in there :( I dont use the stuff in that cupboard very often!!!!!!!!!
Cupboard now empty apart from all the stuff(alot) that will be binned. And 2 mouse traps!!!!!!!!
Hopefully will have a nice dead mouse by morning.
Now got to disinfaect all the cans, and put all the containers/bowls etc that were in there in the dishwasher :(
And this is the week I am looking after the business and working 50+. At which point am I going to be able to finish cleaning all the kitchen cupboards and get all the stuff back in :( Will do the disenfect on a need to use basis this week :( LOL And get it all thouroughly disenfected with neat bleach this weekend!!!!!!!

Just bring them round here for the night will you.
Will put dogs upstairs and they can have free run. Cheap dinner!!!!!!! LMAO
Now, thats about the only reason I would get a cat!!!!!!! But think dogs might eat cat, before cat eats mice!!!!!!!!!! (ever read 'the old lady and her pig'?????? ladybird book?????)

Only thing is. If they are field mice, humane traps donnot work :( :( the field mice are to light to set them off!!!!!!!!!!
Oh and all I want to do is get rid off it/them. Its the first time I have had mice in the house in 10 years of living on my own!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And I HATE it!!!
Maybe next time I will get humane traps, but this time if I saw it it would get a dog bowl on the head very very quickly!!!!!!!!!
Not caught yet, hopefully by morning!!!!!
mmmmmm, this is when I wished there was a bloke around to exctricate the dead body from the trap!!!!!!!!!! PML

My cats are useless, they bring the mice in live and let them go   We are constantly (me and the dog that is) running round the living room trying to catch mice, Fagan is quite good at catching them under his big paws but as soon as he lifts a paw to grab it its gone (has to be seen to be believed )  My mum had come over and was sat on my living room floor the other week and a shrew shot out from under the sofa   One of the cats who had been knapping on top of the tv was straight in there and caught it and then was shooed out of the cat flap which was promptly locked behind him :P  It is mostly mice and shrews mine bring in and ive always got a couple of humane mouse traps set for them ;) the problem is they have now started bringing in field voles and baby rats (the rats have always been dead so far, lets hope it stays that way) which wont even fit in the traps .... oh the joys of living in the country :D :D

My garden at home (mum and dads - still home to me ;) ) was full of all the little furry, feathered and scaly things (yes they often brought home huge goldfish from neighbours ponds), my mum would bury everything.  As a rule mine bring at least two or three things home per day, I usually wake up to at least one dead being on the hallway floor - usually headless  (which is why my bedroom door is shut at night otherwise I get them on my bed  ) I dont have time to bury them,  If Fagan doesnt get to them first I chuck them out of the window in to my neighbours garden, its such a mess that he will never notice :D :D :D

I have got one!!!!!!
Nicely flat head now!!!!!
Cant face removing it before work, so will do it tonight when I get home and reset the trap!!!!
Hopefully that is is, but just in case, I will keep everything the same until the weekend, then blitz my kitchen!!!!!!!
