Could anybody explain why the champ shows do not give any rosettes - it seems rediculous that they don't when they take so much on entries plus the trade stand income

Sorry have no idea, all shows publish what is on offer and it is up to you to enter or not as you wish. Most people are not showing for a rosette but for the judges opinion. Some Champshows do give rosettes for special awards.
