My dog might have mated I also have a male dog.  They are split up when she is in season dont know if he has maybe caught her just as she went into season.  Her seasons arent always in time as she was 1 and a half before she even had her first season.  My male dog is very affectionate towards her at the moment keeps lying next to her and licking her ears and in her mouth??? I am in Scotland and I have an appointment for her tomorrow at 4pm so I will find out for sure then. I am also a bit worried cos she is a bit smaller than my male and I heard this could mean a difficult labour for her they are both crosses, but if she is preganant the puppies would be so cute. There are thousands of 'cute' dogs in rescue.I suggest whatever the outcome you get your bitch speyed rather than keep adding to the numbers.Sorry if this sounds a bit harsh but if you cannot guarantee to keep your dogs apart when neccessary  then you need to get it sorted.
