I am trying to locate the breeder of Zanfi Tabitha, an Irish Water Spaniel, I saw in a Bristish dog show, televised here in the USA.  I believe the kennel was located in Shrewsbury, England.  My brother recently lost his IWS after 11 years and is looking for an IWS puppy.  Thus far, the breeders of the lines he is interested in here in the USA do not plan to breed their dogs for 9-12 months.  Any help anyone could give us would be greatly appreciated.
