There is an advertisment on ebay for a rottie stud dog at service, do's anyone know if that is acceptable to ebay or is it just puppy sales they prohibit, the item no is 4319236140 if so do's anyone know how to report it.it seems wrong to me that it is useing the dog as a product to sell in this way

I don't think it's against their TOS. It's not as if the dog itself is changing hands.
