According to my Breed Encyclopaedia, the Yugoslavian Tricolour Hound is "very rare and not frequently seen, even in Yugoslavia". They are not recognised by the British KC, but they do have FCI recognition. I feel certain that you will have to locate breeders on mainland Europe. Have you tried contacting the FCI? Good luck.

Sue, you have not left a contact, and you do not say where you are speaking from. If it is the UK then I think you will have to import but you could go for a Hamiltonstovare very similar to look at and not a lot larger.
