Trying to find more info.

1. Temperament i.e. family dog, possible drawbacks etc..

2. Most breeders (via Kennel Club website) all seem to have litters with birthdates in May - is this just a coincidence

3.  Can anyone give me a very rough idea on the sort of price range

Any information on the above or more would be greatly welcome!

HI, I dont have Chis, but friends do, so I am well acquaitned with quite a few of the breed.  They are bright, bossy, noisy and delightful.  Very lively indeed.  I dont know if I would class them as a family dog, especially if you have small children, as their extreme small size would make them too prone to accidental damage.  Re: the KC puppy list, I think you will probably find that the reason the litters listed were born in may is purely to do with when the breeders decide to register the litters!  You are much more likely to find a male pup than a bitch, and prices can vary from about £270 to £500 (ish) for a pet.

bye
Gwen
