I have purchased a German Shepherd Dog. But previous owners have mislaid his papers. I am trying to locate the breeder as we do not know his kennel club name only his pet name and date of birth.Please can anyone help.The Breeders details are as follow below:

If you have these details and his date of birth the Kennel Club might be able to help you, although the previous owner might have to apply for the registration if they transferred the dog to their name.

I live in South Wales and cannot find any reference to the address you have been given.
