my dog had some heat spots on his neck about 2 weeks ago, i gave him piriton to stop him from scratching but it has not helped his neck looks sore, ive been bathing it with salt water twice a day for the last few days but i can not stop him from scratching,any help?

He may have an allergy so until you remove the cause you will only be treating the symptoms.
