Boxers can vary quite a bit in size. The Standard for adult males is Height 57-63 cms., Weight 30-32 kgs. Your dog probably has not yet finished growing in height, and will certainly fill out a lot more over the next 12-18 months.

I am not familiar with the food you are feeding. However, if your dog has plenty of energy, a nice shiny coat, bright eyes, and you can feel his ribs when you run your hand lightly along his side he is probably getting sufficient. If you can actually see his ribs, backbone, and hip bones, then he is very underweight.

If you are still concerned ask the opinion of your dog's breeder, or if that is not possible, talk to your vet.

If you Register here (costs nothing) you can ask about different types of food & reply to the answers & opinions that you receive.
