Which books about dogs would you recommend that are not breed specific?  Also can anyone recommend an educational book about dogs that a 6 year old girl will understand?  Thanks in advance.

Can highly recommend the books that Gwen Bailey does.  Very practical and easy to read with lots of photos and pictures on how to do it.
