Your best course of action would be to take the pup to a vet if you are at all worried about his health. Puppies can become very ill, very quickly.

It may be a bacterial infection. Green or yellow often indicates an infection. Get him to the vet asap. Best wishes.

Possible it can also be a variant of Kennel Cough . I would advise getting it checked out by the vet
