can anyone help I bought a puppy off of a Mrs Maureen Allen at Bridgend Wales .Iam trying to find outif she is a ligitimate breeder or a puppy farmer as I have recieved no kc registration forms and the pedigree has not got the dogs date of birth or any stud book numbers or kc numbers.I have tried to ring her but have had no answer.I hope someone can help thankyou Mr S Mullot

ive written to maggie and her partner telling them of your concerns, i also sent a copy of your letter so theyd know which puppy owner it is, it must be maggie ,its her address. good luck ,and let me know how it is, im sure it'll be ok , i know maggies been poorly lately so pergaps its set things back a bit,

seemingly the person who bought this pup from mrs allen had been led into beleving from a friend of his that all breeders from wales are puppy farmers ,that the fact that he didnt have his kc papers his breeder was iffy, the breeder in question has spoken to the person she sold the pup to ,his friend has now seemigly backtracked, mrs allen has asked him to make sure thing are put right on this board, not only for her as a reputable breeder but also for the people of wales who breed dogs too,
the mail has not been entirley honest either as the friend contacted me and told me he'd checked with the kc and the dam of the litter wasn't registered with them -this is untrue also, just go's to show that things aren't always what they seem to be, it wasnt the owner of the pup who complained on the board -i believe it was his FRIEND:rolleyes:
