Topic Dog Boards / Feeding / big old lurcher diet

i have an 11 yr old lurcher who i rescued a couple of months back, he is doing really well, fed on beta senior at the mo, but has a bit of chappie meat mixed in to keep him  interested, he is a bit of a fuss pot and isn't keen on the big chunks of dry altough seems to manage the rest, but don't really know if either of these are atually any good for the old boy.
when we rescued him they advised to take care as he  had some severe skin conditions when he was first found and food aggravated it. His skin seems fine now, although he has thinning patches on his coat from his neglected past but i don't think it as much of a problem anymore.

can anyone give me any ideas if these are okay or advise on other brands that might be better for the older hound!!

many thanks  xx

I have fed my dogs on Chappie, both tinned and dry complete, for years, and they thrive on it.
