Iv'e just met a 25 week old border collie/springer being exercised running along side a bike on a road wearing a full choke chain. :-(  I dread to think of the damage that could be doing to their windpipe and joints.

some owners haven't got the common sense they were born with,the poor dog.if some one did that to them they would be the 1st to complain.even my kids know how to treat animals better than some adults.
what if they fell on the poor dog or into the road..........be their own fault.
some people just don't deserve owning animals of any kind.

blimey! some lunatic probaley told them collies & springers need alot of exercise!
i suppose the c.chain will stop it lagging when it gets knackered,cos lets face  it ,it aint going to be pulling is it!!!

(i used to exercise my tara with a bike & she loved it,had to give up as nellie never really "got" it!)
