I am currently having difficulty accessing emails as spyware keeps popping up and taking me straight out of the screen I am in.
Does anyone a have similar problem?

Download and run "Spybot" and or "Adaware". These are both great free programs for finding and removing spyware. If you do a search for them on "Google" you will find several sites which hold them. I run both at regular intervels.
