My OH came home from work today with this quiz and it's driving me barmy. I cannot for the life of me think of the artist and song title for these lyrics. Any help would be greatly appreciated :)

I know how some of these songs go, but can I think of the name of the artist?

My OH was becoming very cranky that neither he or I knew the answers, especially as I kept singing the lyrics, but couldn't get the song titles or artists for. I did eventually get some sleep last night especially as he saw some of the answers come from CDers. At least it looked as thought I cared if he won the quiz then. :D
