I have a Cairn terrier, I only purchaced him sunday, The breeder had him microchipped, She said that she had sent all forms off so that the microchip number would be on them, And that I would recieve a copy of his kc reg in the post in due course, Can I phone the kc to make sure? I have a copy of his pedigree but no kc numbers on it, Would I need those for the kc to tell me?

I think the KC are on a fairly quick turnaround at the moment so the breeder should get them back within a couple of weeks of sending them off and you should get them a few days later.  She did not need to wait to send them off as there is now a place on the registration form for including microchip numbers.  Did you get a copy of the microchip form?
