last week my boss and i went along to one of the local schools to do a talk on drug awareness, we had books to give the kids and we took Jake our 'drug' dog (really he is our bomb dog, but as we havent at the moment got a drug dog jake was our drug dog for the day :D ) to do a demo, first my boss went in a gave a talk and then i went in with Jake the kids loved him, we hid the 'drugs' for jake to show the kids that they cant hide these things from the nose of a dog, after the demo the kids got rolling asking question about the dogs.
Anyway that was last monday and since then kids have seen me in the street out with the dogs etc and have said to me 'your the lady with the dogs, are you going to bring any more to school for us to see?'
Some of these kids avoid dogs like the plague but after seeing jake work and making a fuss of him now come up to dogs to say hello
:)

Hi Tanya
I have the same thing, we live in a school and kids that where terrified of dogs will now come up and stroke our 2. If they see us in the street with their parents they always shout "Theres the dogs that go to our school", its great and the dogs love it to.
