Is there any place where I can check what weight each individual breed should be? I am compiling a list of different breeds & I need to know how much each breed weighs approximately.

Yes look at the breed standards on the Kennel Club site, not all dogs are given in weight some are in size and others it is even more vague saying large as possible or something like that.
