Dear Readers,
I am the owner of a 2year old Yorkshire Terrier and would like to put him forward for stud.
I live in Oldham nr Manchester and am willing to travel. How do I go about advertising him and what do I need to do?

Thank u - Lynn

You normally wait for the bitch owners to approach you. Advertising your stud is not normally done except by the owners of big winning dogs who may advertise their dogs wins and add, now standing at stud. So I have no idea, perhaps telling your dogs breeder you are willing for him to be used at stud may bring forth some interest. By the way it is normal for the bitch to come to you and for you to have the accommodation for the visiting bitch and their owner as it is custom to offer two services over a 36/48 hour period.
